The best rates in Bangkok are held by SuperRich, hands down. There are a few so to clarify aim for either the orange one or the green one.
Orange SuperRich (Locations)
They offer 2 kinds of rates; the main-branch and the sub-branches.
Sub-branches are available at most BTS stations and Airport Link. They offer close to THB0.2 lesser from the main-branch.

Green SuperRich (Location)
Only 1 branch located near Platinum Mall. Best Rates in Bangkok, offering different rates for different cash denominations. However, the waiting time can take up to half an hour or longer given the crowd there.
Operating Hours Monday - Friday / 9:00 - 18:00 Saturday and Public Holidays / 9:30 - 16:30
